What is the condition of your preloved items?
All items are gently used unless otherwise specified. Any flaws beyond gentle wear and tear will be photographed and noted in the product description.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All items are final sale.
What is your shipping policy?
We strive to process and pack all orders within 2-5 business days, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.
We ship to Canadian addresses only. Shipping is a $10 flat fee.
